I did 20-20-20 (alternating arms) of the old wussy man-makers.
Then I checked out gym jones for some reason.
I had just been doing the pushups and one-arm rows with 30lb dumbells.
Now I’m doing the full burpee-pushup-row-pushup-row-clean-press.
I did 5-4-3-2-1 of the real man-makers and it HURT. My lower back and shoulders felt it a lot.
