Did REAL man-makers after checking out gym jones again.

I did 20-20-20 (alternating arms) of the old wussy man-makers.

Then I checked out gym jones for some reason.

I had just been doing the pushups and one-arm rows with 30lb dumbells.

Now I’m doing the full burpee-pushup-row-pushup-row-clean-press.

I did 5-4-3-2-1 of the real man-makers and it HURT.  My lower back and shoulders felt it a lot.

Reached my goal of running the Inner Harbor

Felt pretty good at the end of it and finished strong.  It’s 3.1 miles, and it was my end-of-summer goal last year.  Seemed too easy.

and i walked about 3 miles round trip to fells point.

Nothing. Absolutely Nothing.

I hung out late in DC, and missed the last train home.  Slept at work.  Fock. 

I feel like I lost a week.

10-10-7 pullups

Don’t really feel sore at all. The pullups were a lot easier than I expected after the manmakers.

Ran about 2 miles

Felt not too bad. it was cold and rainy. Felt good to be out there running while others were drinking, waiting for the bus, eating in restaurants etc.
